Ford’s feeling really sassy with the Mustang Mach-e lately. Right when you think you know what you’re dealing with, they send out a press release that makes sure to get in one more jab!

Just the other week, they announced that their Mach-e range will all charge`30% faster than previously thought. Now, they are adding as mush as 14 horsepower to the upcoming electric Mustangs.

These better-than-estimated performance figures show that our team is squeezing every last bit of performance out of this vehicle so that it not only delivers Mustang style but Mustang soul as well.

On the lowest end of their trim spectum, the RWD Extended Range sku will receive a modest, yet noticeable, 8 hp and 11 lb-ft of torque boost. The Standard Range models will get 11 horsepower more than previously announced and and the same 11 lb-ft of torque.

On the highest end, the AWD Extended Range or Release Edition, will get 14 horsepower!

When all is said and done, the Mach-e line will come with between 266 and 346 horsepower. That’s after the company has also announced OTA updates, and the previously mentioned boost in charge speed.
