Tesla has filed a trademark for its new pickup truck that is to be revealed later this month. The now dubbed Cybertruck is now officially the name of the vehicle and its logo is as follows.
The United States Patent and Trademark Office website shows Tesla, Inc. has submitted two trademark applications. One for the term “CYBERTRUCK” and the other “CYBRTRK”. Also submitted on November 6, 2019, was the logo you can see below.
As Elon Musk stated on Twitter, the reveal event will take place at the SpaceX rocket factory in LA on November 21st.

Musk has previously stated that the pickup is going to be “more Blade Runner-esque” than the concept images we’ve currently been shown, with him using the terms “cyberpunk” and “pretty sci-fi” to describe the design.
Prices are expected to fall in the region of around $49,000, with a range of 400-500 miles and a towing capacity of 300,000-lb.
Taking on the truck industry will be a hard task as the competition is fierce. But by making the truck look like no other, and behave like very few thanks to its all-electric powertrain, this USP could give Tesla the edge which will push sales.
Jeff Bezos backed company Rivian will be the main competitor, but we’l know more as soon as we hit the event.
