Elon Musk Confirms Tesla FSD Beta 10.69 Update Will Be Released This Week

Tesla CEO, Elon Musk, has confirmed that the FSD Beta update 10.69 is still on track to come out this Saturday.

Twitter user, @teslaownersSV, asked Musk: “Hey @elonmusk are we still on track for 8/20 for #FSDBeta 10.69? Probably the most anticipated update since the launch.”

Musk reiterated the amazing work that the Tesla Autopilot/AI team are doing and that the 10.69, also known as 10.13, would be worth the wait.

Musk revealed that the latest update would have notable architectural improvements during the 2022 Shareholders Roundup. He said:

“10.13 we’ve been working on for a while and—Actually, what sort of happened is we’ve made some pretty significant architectural improvements so it’s really gonna be more than 10.12 to 10.13 release. It might—I don’t want to speak too soon—it might qualify for 10.69.”

The FSD system has been growing massively since its launch and currently has over 100,000 users testing it, who have done over 35 million miles, according to Musk. When it was first released for testing, Musk claimed that Tesla would solve full self-driving, and the latest 10.69 update should be a large step closer to that goal.
