Tesla Cybertruck Design Stolen By Rip-off Chinese Manufacturer
Two new electric cars from EdisonFuture have been unveiled, including an electric pickup EF-1-T with solar cells that is strikingly similar to the Tesla Cybertruck. The resemblance between EF-1T and Tesla’s Cybertruck is undeniable, with solar cells included.
The Chinese energy firm SPI Energy’s subsidiary, EdisonFuture, which was established in 2016, intends to produce electric cars in the future. The EF-1-T is a pickup that will be produced in three stages and has already been revealed on the company’s website. The truck is visually comparable to Tesla’s Cybertruck with an optional load compartment cover with solar cells.
The original EF-1-T electric truck has a 476 hp motor, which is intended to propel the vehicle to 60 mph in 6.5 seconds. With under 3.5 tons of weight capability, the EF-1-T is well equipped. The third expansion stage dubbed EF-1-T Premium includes two engines with performance that has not yet been revealed. This implies that the truck will need just 4.5 seconds to reach 60 miles per hour. The pulling power increases by another 330 pounds due to the addition of a third engine in the premium model, named EF-1-T Super, which is reported to have almost 820 horsepower and go from zero to 60 mph in under 4 seconds.
The EF-1-T’s pulling capacity is just under 3.9 tonnes. Customers can choose between a “shortbed” model with a length of almost 2 meters and a “longbed” version with a length of 2.44 meters.
EdisonFuture is likely to have designed the EF-1-T’s resemblance to Tesla’s Cybertruck. We know that Tesla’s Cybertruck can be fitted with solar panels for its bed. The EF-1-T can house up to six passengers in two rows of seats and solar cells cover even the top surface of the dashboard.
The concept of this luggage rack from EdisonFuture is a smart one. It can accommodate suitcases in the doors that may be removed, giving additional storage space when you travel.
